Joey Pendelton has served in the Kentucky state legislature as a Democratic Senator since 1992. As such he represents the 3rd district of Kentucky, which includes three counties, Logan, Christian and Todd. He is an active supporter of family farms and the tobacco industry in his state, as well as favoring agricultural diversity.
